We got to spend about 30 minutes with Dad in the holding room. He was very brave and we are proud of him. He has the Strength of the Lord and that sustains us all. The doctors came in and said hello. We are confident in their skills. Many people stopped in and continued the praying...
Caroline and I kept up the humor by egging Dad on to ask the doctor to give him a chin lift and an eye lift while they were in surgery. It was funny!
He was sent off to surgery at 8:30 after all. He should be done about 11 or 11:30 if all goes according to plan.
